About us

Vicsgames began in 2006 as a family occupation. In order to teach his daughter Victoria French and English, Jack Amberg designs for her a set of computerized games. These games, which include sounds and pictures, were developed to be used on the net, based on the work of M. Charles Ogden and his list of Basic English vocabulary. Little by little, the number of languages increases, and today Vicsgames has developed a first product available in more than 120 languages. This first product is called 1,2...N ( one to N). Another product “Ludo-Vic” will be an extension of 12N, covering basic speech.

Our goal is to target the people of all countries, so that they appreciate the diversity of languages, but also their common history, through the similarities in the linguistic roots.

As part of Vicsgames’ globalization scheme, it was decided in 2010 to bring part of Vicsgames’ content to smartphones and tablets. The 12N Application, which covers numbers, is the first to come out, and is encountering significant success.

Working continuously at bring complementary products to the market, the whole team is working on new contents to be made available in the coming months.
